Terms of Service

By signing up for or using PharmaSense, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

PharmaSense is a Software-as-a-Service platform that helps licensed pharmacies monitor inventory expiry, generate risk alerts, record mitigation actions (discounts, transfers, returns, disposals), and report on waste reduction.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must represent a licensed pharmacy operating in Cyprus or the European Union.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.

• Keep your password confidential and choose a strong password.
• Do not share your account with anyone — each user must have their own credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@pharmasense.co of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the service without our written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of pharmacy regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

• Plans: Free, Pro (€29/month), Chain (€99/month).
• Billing cycle: monthly, with automatic renewal at the start of each cycle.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Refund policy: a 14-day refund is available for new subscriptions if you contact us within 14 days of the initial charge.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no pro-rated refunds for partial months.

All source code, design, documentation, trademarks, and brand assets of PharmaSense are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission. The inventory and operational data you upload remain your property.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload. PharmaSense acts as a data processor on your behalf and uses your data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will give reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. PharmaSense is a support tool, not a replacement for professional pharmacy judgement. You are responsible for verifying each alert and for complying with Cyprus pharmaceutical regulations independently. We are not liable for inventory decisions, expired products sold, regulatory issues, or losses arising from your reliance on the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold PharmaSense, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account with 30 days' notice for material violations of these Terms or applicable law. We may also terminate immediately in cases of fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. You may cancel at any time as described above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active users by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
